• Onboard and train new partners for Last Mile operations
• Track and own partner performance across your cluster
• Visit facilities to conduct audits and solve operational gaps
• Drive operational metrics and achieve performance targets

📋 Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics domain
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in Last Mile and sorting operations

• Experience in control tower and field operations
