🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze complex financial documentation for lending requests
• Approve or deny credit decisions within delegated authority
• Meet with clients to provide financial counseling and discuss loans
• Monitor lending portfolio and loan performance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in ag business, finance, economics or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in credit analysis in a financial institution
• Expert knowledge of agricultural businesses, crop insurance, and livestock industries
• Expert understanding of credit processing, underwriting, and analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Farm Credit system
• Experience with CRM and underwriting systems
• Advanced interpersonal and team building skills
