Description

You will provide frontline user support for the Encompass Loan Origination System, troubleshooting issues and maintaining configurations. You'll work with the team to gather business requirements and document fixes and enhancements, helping shape the company's lending operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related
• New grad (Spring/Dec 2025 or within 1 year of graduation)
• Available to start in May 2026
• Less than 2 years of full-time work experience
• Encompass or Blend experience

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline user support for Encompass issues
• Maintain Encompass users, roles, profiles, and security settings
• Troubleshoot and maintain business rules for data entry and conditions
• Gather and document business requirements for fixes and enhancements
• Collaborate with team and management on system improvements
