💼 About This Role

You'll architect and implement a complete HubSpot instance across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs for a fixed-scope engagement. You'll own platform architecture, automation design, and deliver a production-ready system with full documentation. This is a focused one-time contract with no ongoing admin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops).
• Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring.
• Implement integrations with existing stack via native or middleware tools.
• Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring
• Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA
• Excellent written and spoken English and client-facing delivery experience

✨ Nice to Have

• HubSpot certifications
• RevOps or GTM operations background
• Experience with automation/integration tools like Make or Zapier
