You'll drive the launch of a new financial product from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive development of a new product from concept to launch.
• Manage end-to-end product development process including backend and UX.
• Coordinate parallel development work across multiple teams.
• Build operational processes: Anti-Fraud, Compliance, Customer Support.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Business Analyst in financial services.
• Proven experience managing distributed product development with cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in requirements management: elicitation, documentation, synchronization.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and release coordination.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with payments or PSP products.
• Familiarity with BPMN or equivalent process flows.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams.
