🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee all metrology and characterization activities at the manufacturing site.
• Characterize products and establish critical performance parameters.
• Commission, calibrate, and customize instruments to align with company needs.
• Develop innovative metrology equipment from proof-of-concept to production.

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 1+ year experience or Bachelor's with 6+ years in Physics, Material Science, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in metrology and characterization within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in instrument calibration, customization, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree with 4+ years experience.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software like JMP.
• Experience in a cross-functional team environment.
