You'll join a rapidly growing behavioral health practice providing outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Your work will directly improve access to trusted mental healthcare in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for coordinated care
• Maintain clinical documentation per regulatory standards

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed as LMFT in Delaware
• Active and unrestricted license to practice
• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with in-person and telehealth

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Bilingual skills
• Experience in private practice or group practice setting
