💼 About This Role

You'll build and validate real-world financial models like DCFs and LBOs that serve as benchmarks for evaluating AI systems. Your work directly shapes how frontier AI models reason about finance, including M&A, credit, and capital allocation. This role offers direct exposure to AI-augmented investment workflows in a fast-moving startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and validate financial models (DCF, LBO, comps) as AI benchmarks.
• Analyze model outputs and identify errors in logic or assumptions.
• Design structured frameworks for evaluating finance reasoning.
• Run human-versus-model comparisons to isolate context gaps.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-time experience in investment banking, PE, or equity research.
• Financial statement analysis and valuation (DCF, comps, LBO) expertise.
• Ability to explain complex financial logic in structured steps.
• Detail-oriented with rigorous critical review skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• CFA Level I or above or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI systems and model evaluation.
• Advanced degree in finance (MFin, MBA, MSc Finance).
