Description

You will lead the planning, analysis, and execution of complex critical lifts and heavy-haul transports for hardware over 100 tons, ensuring zero-incident compliance with safety standards and mission-critical timelines. You'll develop advanced lift plans and transport strategies, and serve as a primary technical authority coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Multi-disciplinary knowledge in structural, civil, and mechanical engineering
• Experience with critical lift and transport operations for heavy hardware
• Proficiency in FEA, CAD, and simulation tools
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ASME B30)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, analysis, and execution of complex critical lifts and heavy-haul transports for hardware over 100 tons
• Develop advanced lift plans, rigging designs, and multi-modal transport strategies using FEA, CAD, simulations, and risk assessments
• Serve as primary technical authority coordinating with leadership across structures, manufacturing, launch operations, and supply chain
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess hardware mass properties, rigging connections, structural capability, and load paths
