Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience with sales compensation tools (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly)
  • Strong Salesforce experience including workflows and dashboards
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Clear communicator able to collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Run multi-step cross-functional workflows like forecast hygiene and compensation processing
  • Administer sales compensation programs including plan design and payout calculations
  • Scope small-to-medium projects with clear requirements and timelines
  • Design dashboards and automated workflows with minimal oversight
  • Partner with Enablement to create training materials
