Requirements
- 3-5 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- Hands-on experience with sales compensation tools (CaptivateIQ, Spiff, Xactly)
- Strong Salesforce experience including workflows and dashboards
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Clear communicator able to collaborate cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Run multi-step cross-functional workflows like forecast hygiene and compensation processing
- Administer sales compensation programs including plan design and payout calculations
- Scope small-to-medium projects with clear requirements and timelines
- Design dashboards and automated workflows with minimal oversight
- Partner with Enablement to create training materials
