You'll set up and manage thermoforming and Niebling equipment to meet productivity and quality standards. You'll collaborate across shifts and cross-train on different machines. The role emphasizes adherence to environmental practices and quality control.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and configure thermoforming press parameters via computer control
• Execute press tear-down and prep for next job using tool-specific binders
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
• Document job info in labor reporting, QA forms, and move tags

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Blueprint reading and Statistical Process Control comprehension
• Mechanical understanding of equipment, tooling, and operations
• Computer skills including Windows and data entry

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with injection molding machines
• Ability to identify forming-related process issues independently
