You'll drive contract renewal conversations across Kaseya's MSP customer base, working closely with Account Management to identify risk factors and upsell opportunities. Your core impact will be improving renewal rates and retention while ensuring accurate forecasting. This role stands out for its direct partnership with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive renewal conversations to increase renewal rates and identify upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Management to identify risk factors and ensure smooth renewal execution
- Partner with General Managers and Product teams to share customer feedback
- Ensure renewals are accurately documented and properly forecasted
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years in renewals, account management, or customer success in B2B/SaaS
- Direct experience managing software contract renewals and driving retention outcomes
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience managing subscription or contract renewals end to end
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
