• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for consistent experience
• Maintain and update HR records, systems, and databases accurately
• Assist with time-off tracking, HR documentation, and compliance
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to align processes

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or people operations
• Strong understanding of core HR processes like onboarding and offboarding
• Experience working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
