You'll lead a groundwater modeling team on water resources and environmental consulting projects in Phoenix, AZ. You'll manage technical aspects like numerical model design, calibration, and sensitivity analyses while interfacing with clients and regulatory agencies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the groundwater modeling team.
• Lead technical aspects of groundwater flow and solute transport modeling.
• Manage multiple projects including cost estimating, proposals, and budgets.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory personnel.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrology, or environmental science.
• Registered Geologist in AZ or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 10 years in hydrogeology/water resources/groundwater modeling.
• 2 years of leadership experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PEST and pilot point parameterization.
• Advanced proficiency in model datasets using text editors and spreadsheets.
• Experience interpreting geologic and hydrogeologic data for predictive models.
