You'll drive pipeline creation and revenue growth within the Workday ecosystem by enabling sellers and executing co-sell programs. You'll directly support strategic pursuits alongside Regional Sales Managers and Presales, shaping pursuit strategy for joint opportunities. This role uniquely positions you at the intersection of partner alliances and field sales at a market-leading SPM company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead in-person Workday Enablement Meetings to equip sellers
- Develop Workday-sourced pipeline via direct outreach and events
- Support RSMs and Presales as Workday subject matter expert
- Maintain weekly forecasts and opportunity updates in CRM
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, presales, or partner management
- 3+ years working with ecosystem partners (Workday preferred)
- Proven ability to build pipeline through partner-led co-sell motions
- Experience enabling sellers and delivering partner marketing programs
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with incentive compensation or sales performance management
- Industry knowledge in Workday verticals like Financial Services or Technology
- MBA or equivalent experience
