🎯 What You'll Do

• Own team structure, processes, and ways of working
• Mentor and coach engineers in technical and professional growth
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, design
• Remove blockers, review PRs, and contribute features or prototypes

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year managing engineering teams in startups
• Senior ML engineer experience on complex, scalable systems
• End-to-end software product shipping experience
• Comfortable navigating unclear requirements and exploring solution spaces
