💼 About This Role

You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts at a Starbucks location. You'll deploy baristas and delegate tasks to maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers. This role offers a 50% employee discount and ServeSafe Certification preferred.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks to ensure order accuracy
• Provide coaching and feedback to baristas for performance improvement
• Maintain quality beverage and food product standards

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, or restaurant
• Ability to work with fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes

✨ Nice to Have

• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred
• 1 year of leadership in a cafe preferred
