💼 About This Role

You'll prep vehicles for paint at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, including sanding, masking, and buffing. You'll play a key role in getting low-mileage cars customer-ready with state-of-the-art tools and training programs to advance your skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep vehicles for paint including sanding and masking
• Tape, bag, and unbag vehicles for paint preparation
• Perform buffing on finished paint surfaces
• Use state-of-the-art tools in inspection centers

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime
