💼 About This Role

You'll lead the artistic vision for multiple game projects as part of a multinational team of AAA veterans. You'll ensure asset quality and consistency across client partnerships while managing creative leadership and pipeline development. This hybrid role is based in Brighton or Cardiff, UK.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead creative vision and art strategy for projects and studio.
• Integrate visuals with design practices and client expectations.
• Participate in creative reviews and iterate on feedback.
• Collaborate with design, art, and engineering leads across disciplines.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years professional art management or 2D/3D art lead experience.
• Proven track record of shipping more than one game to release.
• Mastery of at least one asset creation technology (e.g., Blender, Maya).
• Working knowledge of game engine technologies (e.g., Unreal, Unity).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with current-gen console releases (Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Switch 2).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
