Requirements

• Senior IC experience with product shipping to real customers
• Strong fundamentals in software design, system architecture, and scaling
• Proficient with AI development tools as a core workflow component
• Full-stack ability and willingness to work across unfamiliar domains
• Comfortable with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and weekly priorities

Responsibilities

• Build SaaS platform layer for multi-tenant AI voice agent product
• Work across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline
• Deploy features quickly based on partner and customer feedback
• Lead through code quality, design discussions, and pairing
• Automate bottlenecks in the development cycle
