Description

You will lead the Avionics Production department, overseeing Components, Harnesses, and HV Batteries teams. Your role includes managing budgets, recruitment, capacity planning, and ensuring production output meets rate and quality standards. You'll drive continuous improvement and support R&D needs without compromising schedules.

Requirements

• BE/BA/BS degree in Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent trade experience
• 15+ years manufacturing experience in aerospace or related industry
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration within geographically dispersed organization
• Mission assurance and quality mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and grow diverse production teams
• Create and manage work cell standard work and track deviations
• Lead teams through change management initiatives
• Manage capital improvement projects
• Ensure production output meets quality and schedule requirements
