• Define quality standards and identify when something isn't there yet.
• Invent interaction patterns where none exist.

• Portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and interaction design.
• Experience designing for users managing complex systems.
• Full generalist ability across product surfaces.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and give effective feedback.
