You'll lead revenue operations strategy and GTM AI transformation for a growing SaaS company. This role combines operational excellence with cutting-edge AI innovation to build a scalable, data-driven commercial organization.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Define and lead the Revenue Operations strategy and execution roadmap.
  • Drive the 18-month GTM AI transformation roadmap.
  • Oversee and optimize the GTM technology stack.
  • Manage executive KPI reporting, forecasting models, and annual planning.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and leading RevOps teams.
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce, marketing automation, BI tools, and forecasting platforms.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in revenue operations.

  • Deep understanding of revenue forecasting, compensation design, and pipeline management.
  • Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and IT.
