You'll lead revenue operations strategy and GTM AI transformation for a growing SaaS company. This role combines operational excellence with cutting-edge AI innovation to build a scalable, data-driven commercial organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and lead the Revenue Operations strategy and execution roadmap.
- Drive the 18-month GTM AI transformation roadmap.
- Oversee and optimize the GTM technology stack.
- Manage executive KPI reporting, forecasting models, and annual planning.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and leading RevOps teams.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce, marketing automation, BI tools, and forecasting platforms.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions in revenue operations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of revenue forecasting, compensation design, and pipeline management.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and IT.
