🎯 What You'll Do
- Refine onboarding, adoption plans, and quarterly business reviews
- Drive product adoption and identify expansion opportunities
- Lead customer advocacy initiatives like case studies and references
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams on escalations
📋 Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent in Security, Cloud, or Network Systems
- 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Customer Success role
- Experience building executive relationships and strategic account planning
- Broad technology experience in risk visibility, cloud, networking, and security
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) tools
- Familiarity with Numi AI or similar AI platforms
- Industry certifications like CISSP or AWS Solutions Architect
