You'll support the Employee Relations and Transitions team at Remote, designing workflows and driving process improvement and automation. You'll accelerate AI adoption across ER T, identifying high-impact use cases and building AI fluency within the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and update complex process maps and workflows for ER T.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across ER T.
• Act as ER T point of contact for Lifecycle tooling initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement through structured lessons learned.

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience in high-volume operational teams across global regions.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows including prompt tools and summarization.
• Proven capability to design operational workflows for efficiency.
• Advanced data analysis using BI tools with focus on operational metrics.
