You'll work directly with our Head of Engineering to build the agentic platform that powers how small businesses are bought and sold. You'll own 0-to-1 projects, collaborating with sales and operations to identify high-leverage opportunities. Your work will directly impact how thousands of owners navigate one of the biggest financial moments of their lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship full-stack AI features end to end
• Own 0-to-1 projects with sales and operations
• Build and improve agentic infrastructure
• Work across the stack to integrate AI into marketplace

📋 Requirements

• Shipped and owned production AI systems end-to-end
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with excellent Python skills
• Track record of shipping from concept to production
• Strong product sense and comfort in ambiguity

• Experience with modern AI frameworks and multi-step agentic systems
• Experience designing evaluation suites for LLM systems
• Experience operating LLM systems at scale
