💼 About This Role

You'll lead full lifecycle delivery of fixed-price enterprise software and AI projects. You'll drive strategic presales and solution design alongside sales and technical experts. You'll manage distributed teams across LATAM and Eastern Europe.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate on presales and define delivery scope and estimates
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of fixed-price projects
• Manage distributed engineering teams across regions
• Own project P&L, delivery margins, and risk mitigation

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years software delivery or enterprise system implementation
• Fixed-price project ownership experience
• Strong technical literacy with architects and engineering leads
• Experience managing offshore/nearshore teams in South America and Eastern Europe

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or automation projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Additional foreign languages beyond English
