💼 About This Role

You'll develop efficient, secure backend applications and integrate AI solutions into existing Veeam products. You'll research and apply new AI-based technologies to drive optimization and innovation across multiple products. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI agent frameworks and evaluation pipelines in a market-leading data resilience company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop efficient, secure backend applications with Python
• Integrate AI solutions into existing products and support systems
• Research and evaluate new AI-based technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development for scalable backend services
• Proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment
• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (e.g., LangGraph)
• Design of automated evaluation pipelines (e.g., Ragas) and production monitoring

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA)
• Previous experience with Veeam products
