Description

You will lead threat modeling, secure design reviews, and shift-left security efforts to integrate security into every phase of the software development lifecycle at Anthropic. You'll build tools and systems for secure coding, manage vulnerability and bug bounty programs, and collaborate with engineers and researchers to address novel AI/ML security risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in application and infrastructure security
• Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, Go, or Java
• Experience securing cloud and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP)
• Strong grasp of offensive security and threat modeling
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead secure design reviews and threat modeling to identify and prioritize risks
• Develop tooling to scale security code reviews and advise developers on secure coding practices
• Manage vulnerability management program with automated systems
• Oversee bug bounty program including validation, remediation coordination, and hacker community relations
• Collaborate with engineers to advocate for secure architecture and conduct security awareness training
