๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll work in the electromagnetic spectrum as the key enabler for communication to remote unmanned vehicles. You'll own radio communication end-to-end for new product design and iterations on existing systems. This role shapes the contested environment of the frontline RF space.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate existing or missing RF solutions.
  • Test, validate, and integrate radio systems into products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external companies on antennas.
  • Engage with governmental bodies for spectrum licensing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of radio technology and its limitations.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and external partners.
  • Pragmatic approach to validating calculations in real-world tests.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Designed, built, and evaluated a custom antenna.
  • Built or worked on a Software Defined Radio.
  • Experience in the defence industry or contested RF environments.
