You'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that accelerate advisor growth and deepen client engagement. You'll serve as a strategic growth partner to advisors and regional leadership. This role blends both strategy and hands-on execution across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with VP to develop marketing strategies
• Write and manage RFP responses and presentations
• Create advisor-facing marketing content across channels
• Develop share-of-wallet and NPS initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 7-10+ years of marketing experience in financial services
• 7+ years B2B and B2B2C growth marketing success
• Deep experience partnering with financial advisors and COIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients and family offices
• CRM systems like Salentica
• Power BI and multi-channel marketing platforms
