You'll support the design, development, and ramp-up of factory lines for advanced manufacturing systems in aerospace and defense. You'll collaborate with senior engineers and automation teams to review technical drawings and evaluate manufacturing feasibility. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review part and assembly drawings for manufacturing feasibility
• Assist in developing production workflows and tooling requirements
• Support CapEx research, equipment evaluation, and vendor coordination
• Provide technical input to automation and inspection planning

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Comfortable reading mechanical drawings and applying DFM principles
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to work hands-on
• Willingness to travel (~25%) for site visits and vendor interaction

• Exposure to high-mix/low-volume production environments
• Familiarity with CNC machining, additive, assembly, or precision manufacturing
