💼 About This Role

You'll own the billing governance, process design, and solution development for a SaaS platform used by 85k+ customers globally. You'll act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Billing to drive standardization, automation, and operational control. This role is central to aligning complex deal structures with system capabilities in a high-volume environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and enforce billing standards, governance frameworks, and internal controls.
• Review and approve standard and non-standard deal structures and complex billing scenarios.
• Identify process gaps and drive root cause resolution through system improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align deal structures with billing capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in billing operations, finance operations, or deal desk in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in process design and operational scaling.
• Experience with billing, CRM, or ERP systems like Zuora, NetSuite, or Salesforce.

• Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Snowflake, BI platforms).
• Experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) environments.
