Description

You will manage a caseload of home health patients, providing skilled professional nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Ohio licensure laws.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience in home care
• Graduate of approved nursing program; BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage primary caseload of home health patients
