💼 About This Role

You'll develop on ARM-based embedded platforms and improve our Linux build process to support autonomous underwater cameras for salmon farming. You'll enable real-time data collection and processing for computer vision and machine learning models. This hybrid Bay Area role offers occasional travel to Norway.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interface with sensors, cameras, and mesh/wireless/cellular networks
• Develop on ARM-based embedded platforms using C, C++, Python, Golang, or Rust
• Improve embedded Linux build and deployment process
• Develop diagnostic and configuration tooling for field team

📋 Requirements

• Engineering or CS degree
• Software development on an embedded device
• Professional experience with C, C++, Golang, Python, or Rust

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Buildroot or Yocto Project
• Understanding of TCP/IP
• Experience with WiFi, BLE, LoRaWAN, or Mesh Networking
