💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and evolution of shared platform capabilities used across multiple X-Sight products, driving architectural decisions for scale, multi-tenancy, and compliance. You'll build self-service tools and internal platforms that boost developer productivity and operational safety. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership in a cloud-native Kubernetes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and evolution of shared platform capabilities for multiple product teams
• Define and promote standardized building blocks to reduce duplication
• Build internal platform tools and self-service capabilities for developers
• Contribute to incident analysis and reliability improvements

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Hands-on cloud-native platform experience (AWS preferred)
• Proven experience designing and owning shared systems or frameworks used by multiple teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or similar
• Deep understanding of cloud and Kubernetes-based platforms
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure as code (e.g., ArgoCD, Terraform, Crossplane)
