🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical design of AI features in PyCharm and Python tooling
• Prototype and ship features yourself – hands-on technical leadership
• Help the team adopt AI technologies effectively
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks for pragmatic decisions

📋 Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience in Python and/or Kotlin/JVM
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tooling for developers
• Experience working in large, mature codebases
• Track record of making technical decisions in ambiguous areas

• Experience with IDE or developer tooling internals
• Experience with the Python AI/ML ecosystem
