💼 About This Role

You'll drive payment solution expansion across Europe, identifying new business opportunities and managing strategic partnerships. You'll act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams, supporting product localization and go-to-market execution. This role offers the chance to shape Xsolla's European strategy in the fast-growing fintech space.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in European fintech and payment markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with payment providers and financial institutions
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial collaborations
  • Provide market insights to product team for localizing payment solutions

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development or partnerships in payments/fintech
  • Deep understanding of European payment systems and regulatory landscape (PSD2/PSD3, PCI DSS, AML/KYC)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
