Description

As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at SoFi, you'll architect and build end-to-end user-facing software applications, manage deployment pipelines, and collaborate with AI engineers to implement multi-agent AI applications. You'll work across cross-functional teams to shape technical architecture and deliver high-value solutions that directly impact people's financial lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and full-stack frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in React, Node.js, and front-to-back custom app development
• Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake (preferred) including AI/ML integrations and Snowflake Cortex
• Deep expertise in orchestrating pipelines with Airflow and delivering scalable cloud-based services

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end user-facing software applications using rich interactive UIs with databases and APIs
• Manage deployment pipelines and infrastructure as code using ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, and AWS
• Implement production-grade multi-agentic AI applications for autonomous, stateful, and collaborative workflows
• Automate real-time and batch data flows using Apache Airflow
• Participate in code and design reviews, making technical decisions for architecture
