📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Experience with Ashby or ADP.
• Experience in home improvement or field operations.
