You'll join a Skilled Nursing team providing one-on-one care for a pediatric client with a rare metabolic disorder. Your work directly impacts a 15-month-old's quality of life through hands-on nursing in the home. Flexible schedules let you choose shifts that fit your life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up and document doctors' orders accurately
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (LPN or LVN)
• Current nursing license in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Willingness to learn g-tube care with continuous feeds
