You'll own the entire customer relationship for a military planning software used at EUCOM. Your core impact is to rapidly expand product usage until nearly all workflows run in Onebrief. This role combines direct customer engagement with coordination across technical and military stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the entire customer relationship from users to generals.
• Expand product usage to near 100% of workflows.
• Communicate user needs to the product team.
• Lead or support military planning exercises.

📋 Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Proven experience in operational planning at multi-star headquarters.
• Ability to navigate large government organizations and solve bureaucratic challenges.
• Strong technical aptitude to become a power user of the product.
