🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify enterprise accounts to build a strong pipeline.
- Develop expert-level insight on AI in recruiting.
- Win complex, multi-stakeholder sales from pitch to close.
- Feed market learnings into founders and product team.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven success closing enterprise deals (2000+ employees).
- Competent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholders including legal and procurement.
