🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and identify enterprise accounts to build a strong pipeline.
  • Develop expert-level insight on AI in recruiting.
  • Win complex, multi-stakeholder sales from pitch to close.
  • Feed market learnings into founders and product team.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven success closing enterprise deals (2000+ employees).
  • Competent in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Strong ability to manage complex stakeholders including legal and procurement.
