You'll lead and develop a high-performing Solutions Engineering team for Verkada's Central US enterprise clients, driving technical pre-sales success for an AI-powered physical security platform. You will shape team strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate growth while working for a company used by over 30,000 organizations worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, develop and lead inclusive, engaged Enterprise SE teams
• Coach, mentor and resolve technical escalations on complex solutions
• Identify gaps and build programs to support the SE team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a technical pre-sales manager
• Experience at a cloud and network infrastructure company with hardware/software exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, IT, Cybersecurity, or similar
• Proven track record leading high-performing sales engineering teams
