You'll define and scale PermitFlow's partner ecosystem, owning strategy, deal-making, and revenue accountability for partner-sourced ARR. You'll build the go-to-market motion with top ISVs, OEMs, and trade associations, making PermitFlow the essential permit layer for home services and construction. This role reports to the VP of Sales and has clear pipeline and revenue metrics.

  • Define partner strategy and prioritize 5-10 deep partnerships
  • Recruit and close foundational partner agreements
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Own contract structuring and negotiation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Partnerships or Business Development
  • Track record of expanding and scaling partner relationships
  • Quota and revenue accountability with partner-sourced pipeline
  • Exec-level presence with VP and C-suite negotiation

  • Experience in home services or construction tech
  • Familiarity with FSM or construction management platforms
  • Knowledge of OEM or financing partnerships
