🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a Design Lead role.
• Strong experience creating performance marketing creatives.
• Advanced skills in Figma, CapCut, After Effects, and Adobe Suite.
• Proven ability to build and mentor a design team from scratch.
