You'll manage the end-to-end import cycle for Ajax Systems, a leading European security solutions manufacturer, ensuring stable and efficient international supply chains. You'll optimize landed costs and lead times while coordinating with 3PL/4PL providers. This role directly impacts production continuity and business scaling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end import cycle from Asia/Europe suppliers to production warehouse.
• Control lead time and minimize cycle time for stable deliveries.
• Calculate and control total landed cost, balancing cost and speed.
• Manage 3PL/4PL providers, monitor KPIs, audit service, and participate in tenders.
• Digitize logistics processes and automate document flow within BPM 4.0.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in international logistics (Tech, Manufacturing, or FMCG preferred).
• Deep knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs legislation.
• Advanced Excel/BI skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) for daily international communication.
