Description

You will partner with Sales to guide customers through the entire technical journey, building demos, writing code, and solving real customer problems. You'll own selected accounts, help scale the team's impact, and gain exposure to global customers across industries.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, etc.)
• Hands-on programming ability in Python
• Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
• Experience deploying software in cloud, Linux, containers, or networked environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to lead technical pre-sales process from discovery to close
• Understand customer requirements and design practical solutions
• Build and deliver demos, prototypes, and Proofs of Concept
• Deploy and configure environments in cloud or on-prem setups
• Write scripts in Python or JavaScript to support demos and customer testing
