💼 About This Role

You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents on growth opportunities. You'll partner with agents to identify prospective agent introductions and work toward becoming a Strategic Growth Manager. This role offers a direct path to a closing sales position with structured training.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Cold-call, email, and use LinkedIn to contact prospective agents.
  • Document all activities in CRM and maintain data quality.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for client meetings and presentations.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry.
