💼 About This Role
You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents on growth opportunities. You'll partner with agents to identify prospective agent introductions and work toward becoming a Strategic Growth Manager. This role offers a direct path to a closing sales position with structured training.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
- Cold-call, email, and use LinkedIn to contact prospective agents.
- Document all activities in CRM and maintain data quality.
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers to develop prospecting strategies.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- Self-starter with ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for client meetings and presentations.

- Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Knowledge of real estate industry.
