You will lead a 50+ person engineering organization at Cato Networks, driving the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade cloud security services. You'll partner with Product Management to shape technology strategy and build scalable, resilient architecture for a global platform.

• Lead and scale a 50+ engineer organization including group managers and senior technical leaders
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers
• Own the technical vision and architecture of end-to-end security services
